Water Industry

A major UK water company is seeking an experienced Salesforce Programme Manager to lead a large‑scale Field Service (FSL/FSM) transformation programme. This role sits at the heart of a multi‑year digital modernisation initiative and requires a leader who can drive complex delivery across multiple programmes, vendors, and business units.

The Role
You will take full ownership of a multi‑workstream Salesforce Field Service programme, ensuring robust governance, disciplined delivery, and alignment across technology, operations, and regulatory functions. A key part of the role is managing a major enterprise Systems Integrator (SI) and ensuring high‑quality delivery across all programme phases.
You will oversee the rollout of Salesforce Field Service scheduling and optimisation capabilities, integrated with smart metering, asset management, and waste‑management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the end‑to‑end Salesforce Field Service (FSL/FSM) programme across multiple workstreams
  • Establishing and running robust multi‑programme and project governance, ensuring clarity, control, and accountability
  • Managing a major enterprise SI, ensuring delivery quality, scope control, and alignment to business outcomes
  • Overseeing integration with smart metering, asset, and waste‑management platforms
  • Driving cross‑functional communication across internal teams, SI partners, and third‑party vendors
  • Managing programme risks, dependencies, budgets, and regulatory considerations
  • Ensuring the solution meets operational, customer‑experience, and compliance objectives
Must‑Have Experience
  • Proven track record as a Salesforce Programme Manager delivering large‑scale, multi‑workstream programmes
  • Strong experience managing enterprise Systems Integrators in complex delivery environments
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL/FSM)
  • Demonstrable experience establishing and running programme governance frameworks
  • Background in the utilities sector (water preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and technical delivery environments
This is a high‑impact role within a forward‑thinking organisation investing heavily in digital capability. If you’re an experienced Salesforce Programme Manager with strong SI management, governance, and Field Service expertise, this contract offers a major opportunity to shape a flagship transformation programme.

If this is of interest, please send your latest CV and I’ll be in touch if you look like a strong match.
