I am looking for a QA Engineer to join a brilliant Saas company who harness technology for the healthcare sector.

They are looking for a solid QA Engineer to work across a mix of manual and Automation testing. This will be about a 60/40 split in favour of manual.

As a QA Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining product quality by ensuring that all deliverables undergo consistent and rigorous quality assurance and validation processes.

You will be responsible for end-to-end testing across functional, regression, and system areas, ensuring high product quality through thorough test planning, execution, and defect management.

They’re looking for someone with at least 5 years experience with manual testing with a good grasp of Automation for when needed. This is not a full automation role.

Tech – SQL, Linux, Cucumber, Playwright

They work hybrid in Wokingham with 3 days a week onsite, salary  is up to £65,000 + benefits.

I'm currently recruting for an experienced Salesforce Training & Adoption Consultant to drive business readiness, user engagement, and successful adoption of a complex Lead-to-Cash process.

This role requires someone with a strong background in Salesforce training and change adoption, coupled with extensive Lead-to-Cash process experience. You will work closely with business users, sales teams, operations, finance, and programme stakeholders to ensure employees are fully equipped to utilise Salesforce effectively across the entire customer lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce training and adoption strategy focused on Lead-to-Cash processes.Design and deliver engaging remote training sessions to end users across multiple business functions.Create high-quality training materials, user guides, process documentation, and digital learning content.Support business readiness and change management activities throughout the programme.Translate complex Lead-to-Cash workflows into practical, user-friendly training content.Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and address adoption challenges.Develop communication plans to maximise user engagement and platform utilisation.Monitor adoption metrics and provide recommendations to improve user experience and business outcomes.Act as the SME for Salesforce user adoption, training, and process enablement.Essential ExperienceProven experience as a Salesforce Training, Enablement, Adoption, or Change Consultant.Extensive experience supporting Lead-to-Cash business processes, including sales operations, opportunity management, quoting, order management, contract management, billing, and revenue recognition workflows.Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and associated Lead-to-Cash capabilities.Experience delivering training and adoption programmes within large-scale Salesforce implementations or transformation projects.Demonstrated success driving behavioural change and improving system adoption.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.Desired Experience
