About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Procurement Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation programme within an international defence and innovation organisation.
This role will focus on the analysis, optimisation, and implementation of finance and procurement processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organisational objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and document current finance and procurement business processes.Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.Support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation and enhancement activities.Assist with system configuration, testing, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Collaborate with project managers, developers, and solution architects to ensure successful delivery.Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project delivery activities.Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials.Drive user adoption through change management and stakeholder engagement.Support the use of AI-enabled tools for requirements capture, process improvement, and business analysis activities. Essential Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst within Finance, Procurement, or ERP transformation programmes.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process improvement.Experience supporting ERP implementations from initiation through to go-live.Knowledge of finance and procurement business processes.Experience with UAT planning and execution.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.Active SC Clearance or ability to maintain clearance.Eligible to obtain NATO Secret Clearance. Desirable SkillsMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or PMP certification.Experience working within Government, Defence, NATO, or highly regulated environments.Understanding of AI, automation, and agentic workflow solutions.Experience with large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
