Technical Project Manager / Outside IR35/ Hybrid (Surrey) / 3 Month Contract
This is a project leadership role in a network‑heavy environment. You’ll oversee the delivery of infrastructure and network initiatives, manage work in flight, support BAU prioritisation, and help the team stay aligned, governed, and focused.
You’ll be the person who sees the whole board: risks, escalations, dependencies, stakeholders, and outcomes. You don’t need to be a deep network engineer — but you do need to understand the fundamentals well enough to guide conversations, challenge constructively, and translate between business and technical teams.

Technical Project Manager / Outside IR35/ Hybrid (Surrey) / 3 Month Contract

Responsibilities:
- Leading infrastructure delivery — planning, coordinating, and driving network & infrastructure projects
- Managing the full project lifecycle — from initiation through to closure
- Supporting team prioritisation — helping the infra team balance BAU, escalations, and in‑flight work
- Owning governance — ensuring change, security, and delivery standards are followed
- Managing risks & escalations
- Coordinating cross‑functional teams
- Driving continuous improvement
- Proven experience delivering complex IT or infrastructure projects -Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, routing, switching, firewalls) & Cloud Enviroments AWS, Azure
- Strong PM methodology knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple streams, budgets, and timelines
- Solid understanding of networking & infrastructure concepts
- Skilled at prioritisation, governance, and keeping teams aligned
- Calm under pressure, great at navigating ambiguity
