Overview

We’re seeking an exceptional Microsoft Purview Expert to lead the end‑to‑end build, configuration, and optimisation of Purview across data governance, insider risk, and DLP. This role requires someone who has implemented Purview from the ground up and understands the platform in deep technical detail.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild Purview policies — full lifecycle creation, configuration, testing, and optimisationMap governance workflows — from data discovery to classification to enforcementAnalyse organisational risk — translate risk assessments into actionable Purview controlsImplement insider‑risk solutions — behavioural indicators, alert tuning, policy designDeploy DLP frameworks — across M365, endpoints, cloud apps, and sensitive data flowsBuild from scratch — architecture, configuration, operationalisation
Required ExperienceDeep, hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Purview across governance, compliance, DLP, and insider riskProven experience building Purview environments end‑to‑endStrong understanding of data classification, sensitivity labels, retention, and compliance boundariesAbility to interpret complex risk landscapes and design technical controls to mitigate themExperience in regulated or risk‑sensitive environments

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to manage and drive the end-to-end testing lifecycle within an Agile delivery framework. This role is responsible for defining testing strategy, coordinating execution, and ensuring high-quality releases aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will lead testing activities across all phases, proactively manage risks and blockers, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders, ensuring testing is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable OT Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of operational technology systems. The role involves maintaining, calibrating, and optimising regulatory monitoring equipment, instrumentation, and process control systems across operational environments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the continuous improvement of asset performance. This position requires strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative and proactive maintenance on instrumentation, telemetry, and regulatory equipment to ensure system reliability and complianceProvide timely response to operational issues, conducting on-site diagnosis, fault finding, and resolutionPerform calibration and maintenance of process sensors, analytical instruments, and control systemsSupport the delivery of cost-effective improvements to regulatory assets and associated systemsEnsure adherence to established standards, policies, and change governance proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams including OT Engineers, ICA, mechanical and electrical technicians to prioritise and deliver maintenance activitiesApply electrical, instrumentation, and process system knowledge to optimise performance and minimise system risksConduct or support root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and take ownership of corrective actionsEngage with OT leadership and engineering teams to contribute to technical standards development and compliance (e.g., UK NIS Regulations)Assist in developing and expanding IT/OT governance frameworks related to regulatory equipment and assetsSupport the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, procedures, and training materialsCollaborate on risk assessments, safe systems of work (SSOW), and task safety instructionsPromote and maintain a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislationMaintain awareness and compliance with information security policies and standardsParticipate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical knowledge and meet regulatory requirements
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of instrumentation, sensors, and process control systemsExperience with SCADA, PLCs, telemetry systems, and industrial automationProficient in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisUnderstanding of preventative and reactive maintenance practicesKnowledge of health & safety regulations and risk managementFamiliarity with change management and compliance frameworksExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing operational demands
Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years’ experience in Operational Technology, Instrumentation, or Maintenance rolesBackground in utilities, manufacturing, energy, or process industries preferredRelevant technical qualification (e.g., Electrical, Instrumentation, Control Engineering)Experience with regulatory or critical infrastructure environments is desirable
Desirable Experience
