OverviewLead a Large-Scale Zero Trust Transformation We are looking for an experienced ZTNA Delivery Lead to drive the strategy, architecture, and implementation of a global Zero Trust programme across a complex, multi-divisional enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise Zero Trust strategy and roadmap.
- Own the Zero Trust architecture across identity, device, network, application, and data security domains.
- Develop scalable reference architectures, design patterns, governance frameworks, and security standards.
- Lead the delivery of a multi-year Zero Trust transformation programme from strategy through implementation and operational handover.
- Manage programme governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Build strong relationships with business, technology, and security stakeholders to drive organisational adoption.
- Coordinate delivery across Identity, Security Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, and End User Computing teams.
- Oversee third-party partners and vendors to ensure successful delivery against agreed outcomes.
- Drive change management, communication, and user adoption activities to ensure long-term success.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Zero Trust or cyber security transformation programmes.
- Strong background delivering complex technology initiatives across global organisations.
- Experience operating within large, federated, or multi-business environments.
- Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders and influencing executive-level decision makers.
- Experience managing programme budgets, governance forums, and vendor relationships.
