OverviewLead a Large-Scale Zero Trust Transformation We are looking for an experienced ZTNA Delivery Lead to drive the strategy, architecture, and implementation of a global Zero Trust programme across a complex, multi-divisional enterprise.
This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for a cyber security professional who can combine strategic thinking, enterprise architecture expertise, and programme delivery excellence to transform how users, devices, and applications securely access critical business resources.
You will be responsible for defining the Zero Trust vision, developing the enterprise architecture and implementation blueprint, and leading delivery across multiple business units, ensuring consistent adoption and measurable security outcomes.
The Role As the ZTNA Delivery Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery of a strategic cyber transformation programme, working closely with senior executives, architects, engineering teams, security leaders, and technology stakeholders.
You will translate business and security objectives into a practical Zero Trust roadmap and ensure successful implementation across a diverse technology landscape spanning cloud, network, endpoint, and identity environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the enterprise Zero Trust strategy and roadmap. Own the Zero Trust architecture across identity, device, network, application, and data security domains. Develop scalable reference architectures, design patterns, governance frameworks, and security standards. Lead the delivery of a multi-year Zero Trust transformation programme from strategy through implementation and operational handover. Manage programme governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting. Build strong relationships with business, technology, and security stakeholders to drive organisational adoption. Coordinate delivery across Identity, Security Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, and End User Computing teams. Oversee third-party partners and vendors to ensure successful delivery against agreed outcomes. Drive change management, communication, and user adoption activities to ensure long-term success. Required ExperienceProven experience leading enterprise-scale Zero Trust or cyber security transformation programmes. Strong background delivering complex technology initiatives across global organisations. Experience operating within large, federated, or multi-business environments. Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders and influencing executive-level decision makers. Experience managing programme budgets, governance forums, and vendor relationships.
