Role: PMO Lead

Overview
We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to support a major business and technology transformation programme, including a Salesforce CRM implementation and wider software / application upgrades.
This role will play a key part in establishing robust governance, PMO processes, and delivery oversight, ensuring the programme is controlled, transparent, and aligned to strategic objectives.

We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to support a major business and technology transformation programme, including a Salesforce CRM implementation and wider software / application upgrades.
This role will play a key part in establishing robust governance, PMO processes, and delivery oversight, ensuring the programme is controlled, transparent, and aligned to strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, embed and lead PMO governance frameworks across the transformation programme
- Own and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) processes and reporting
- Drive programme planning, tracking, and performance reporting
- Ensure effective financial tracking, resource management, and forecasting
- Support delivery of Salesforce CRM implementation and related initiatives
- Oversee software / application upgrade projects across the estate
- Produce clear, concise reporting for senior leadership and steering committees
- Facilitate programme boards, governance forums, and decision-making structures
- Identify delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies
- Promote PMO best practice, standards, and continuous improvement
- Experience within PMO, Programme Management, or Transformation roles
- Proven track record of leading PMO within large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong experience with RAID management, governance frameworks, and reporting structures
- Exposure to Salesforce CRM implementations (highly desirable)
- Background delivering technology transformation / software or application upgrades
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving capabilities
- Hybrid working: 3 days onsite per week
