Enterprise Architect - Digital Transformation 

The Role
I am seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a major transformation initiative with a leading organisiation based in Perth. This is a high impact opportunity for a strategic architect who can shape enterprise wide technology direction while guiding the successful delivery of complex transformation programs.
Working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, you'll define target state architecture, influence technology investment decisions, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, principles, and target-state architectures.
  • Define technology roadmaps aligned to business priorities and transformation objectives.
  • Provide architectural leadership across major programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment across application, data, integration, cloud, and security architecture domains.
  • Establish and support architecture governance, standards, and decision-making processes.
  • Assess current state technology landscapes and identify modernisation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and implementation partners to ensure architectural compliance.
  • Provide strategic technology advice to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support business case development and technology investment planning.

Key Skill Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Extensive experience working as an Enterprise Architect within large and complex organisations.
  • Proven delivery of enterprise scale digital transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
  • Experience developing target state architectures and multi year transformation roadmaps.
  • Broad architecture expertise across applications, integration, data, cloud, and security.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level.
  • Experience operating within complex, multi vendor environments.
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability.
