WMS Consultant - Manhattan

For one of our leading clients, we are searching for a WMS Consultant who will support the management, implementation, and optimisation of Warehouse Management System applications across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
  • Translate business process owners’ requirements into functional and technical WMS designs aligned with regional guidelines.
  • Configure WMS applications, support new implementations, system changes, and migrations from legacy platforms.
  • Liaise with WMS vendors or development teams to provide input for enhancements and ensure successful delivery.
  • Build and maintain system integrations, including EDI and other interface connections with customers and partners.
  • Execute system testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot WMS‑related incidents.
  • Create reports based on WMS data and contribute to continuous system improvements and innovation.

Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Practical experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS applications.
  • Good understanding of SQL, databases, EDI, and system interfaces.
  • Experience with reporting tools (SSRS preferred).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
  • Project management capabilities and experience working in cross‑functional environments.
