We're currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Energy & Utilities sector to join a key pricing and tariffs project for a leading energy organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity to support a high-profile transformation programme, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver improvements across pricing, tariff structures, and customer propositions.

This is an excellent opportunity to support a high-profile transformation programme, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver improvements across pricing, tariff structures, and customer propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements relating to energy pricing and tariff processes.
- Work with stakeholders across commercial, operations, regulatory, and technology teams to define solutions.
- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with key business users.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support the design, implementation, and testing of pricing and tariff-related changes.
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory and market requirements within the energy sector.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Energy/Utilities sector.
- Strong understanding of energy pricing, tariffs, billing, or customer propositions.
- Experience delivering change and transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation experience.
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Knowledge of UK energy market regulations and industry processes.
- Experience working with pricing engines, billing platforms, or tariff configuration projects.
- Exposure to large-scale transformation or digital programmes.
