I am supporting a fantastic multi-award winning tech4good company that harnesses technology to help public sector organisations such as the Ministry of Justice, NHS and Housing Association. They help them as they go through digital transformation and modernisation of critical applications.
 
Given the nature of their public sector focused work, this role would require SC Clearance to work on the projects they have lined up. These projects would put a real emphasis on accessibility given the amount of people that use these services but will have a lasting impact on the people they serve.
 
As a Product Manager you will:

• Lead the development of cutting-edge digital products from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Define and prioritise product features and requirements based on user needs and business goals.
• Drive the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
• Monitor and analyse product performance, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

 
Experience needed:

• SC Clearance
• Experience and evidence of delivering user centred products and services from ideation through to maintenance phases
• Previous Consultancy/Public sector experience
