Security Operation Analyst – SOC Analyst | Inside IR35 | 12 months | Hybrid London 2/3 days onsite 

An Opus client are currently recruiting for a SIEM upgrade and require someone to carry out BAU work in the interim.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily security operations and incident monitoring.
• Analyse network data for threats and provide incident response.
• Enhance team knowledge and maintain incident records.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Security Operations Centre.
• Understanding of client-server applications, networking, and security tools.
• Proficient with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Strong problem-solving skills and awareness of cyber threats.
