Business Development Manager - Hybrid

We’re seeking a talented Business Development Manager to spearhead our client's expansion across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of their industry-leading Transport Management System (TMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hunt for New Business: Identify, qualify, and close deals with key decision-makers in the transport and logistics industry.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Network extensively to establish lasting relationships with potential clients.
  • Close Complex Deals: Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Leverage Technology: Utilize a cutting-edge TMS to showcase its value and streamline operations for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with experienced sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand logistics market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
