A highly successful boutique consultancy is looking to hire a project focused engineer into their M365 practice. The consultancy specialising in providing modern Microsoft solutions to a range of clients within the mid-market sector and are always working with the latest and greatest tech.

The position is fully project and the M365 Engineer will take full ownership of projects. The company has an outcome focused culture where the focus is very much quality of work and excellent delivery over quantity and speed. You will be working alongside a team of talented project engineers and have the opportunity to keep learning and developing your skills within the latest Microsoft technology stacks.

What you will be doing:
 - Taking ownership of end to end M365 solutions
 - Deliver projects primarily focusing on Intune, Auopilot, O365, Sharepoint, Teams, Entra, Defender
 - Work closely with the other Project Engineers and collaborate to ensure high quality delivery of solutions
 - Work closely with the Solutions Architect on design documents
 - Provide exceptional communication and customer facing skills

What you will need to succeed:
 - Must have previous experience in customer facing roles with MSPs / Consultancies
 - Must have proven end-to-end project delivery experience
 - Technical expertise within the M365 stack - Intune, O365, Sharepoint, Teams, Defender
 - Exposure with Identity, Copilot, Purview, Viva, AVD would be beneficial
 - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
 - Industry certifications highly regarded
