An exciting opportunity at an AI start-up company has arisen for an experienced Head of Development or Tech lead. They are looking for someone to join on an inital 12 month contract to help scale up and grow the team. You must have some hands on experience working with PHP Laravel as well as an interest in AI. 

Responsibilites include:
-Develop and maintain innovative PHP applications (version 7+) leveraging OOP principles.
-Architect scalable and efficient code using MVC frameworks for robust application design.
-Champion data integrity and optimisation with strong MySQL knowledge.
-Strong PHP Laravel backened understanding
-Contribute to cutting-edge AI development
-Lead the creation of dynamic, AI-powered tools
-Drive innovation by exploring automation and machine learning to transform services.
-Scaling and managing a team of developers
