A major UK water company is seeking an experienced Salesforce Programme Manager to lead a large‑scale Field Service (FSL/FSM) transformation programme. This role sits at the heart of a multi‑year digital modernisation initiative and requires a leader who can drive complex delivery across multiple programmes, vendors, and business units.

The Role
You will take full ownership of a multi‑workstream Salesforce Field Service programme, ensuring robust governance, disciplined delivery, and alignment across technology, operations, and regulatory functions. A key part of the role is managing a major enterprise Systems Integrator (SI) and ensuring high‑quality delivery across all programme phases.
You will oversee the rollout of Salesforce Field Service scheduling and optimisation capabilities, integrated with smart metering, asset management, and waste‑management systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the end‑to‑end Salesforce Field Service (FSL/FSM) programme across multiple workstreamsEstablishing and running robust multi‑programme and project governance, ensuring clarity, control, and accountabilityManaging a major enterprise SI, ensuring delivery quality, scope control, and alignment to business outcomesOverseeing integration with smart metering, asset, and waste‑management platformsDriving cross‑functional communication across internal teams, SI partners, and third‑party vendorsManaging programme risks, dependencies, budgets, and regulatory considerationsEnsuring the solution meets operational, customer‑experience, and compliance objectivesMust‑Have ExperienceProven track record as a Salesforce Programme Manager delivering large‑scale, multi‑workstream programmesStrong experience managing enterprise Systems Integrators in complex delivery environmentsDeep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL/FSM)Demonstrable experience establishing and running programme governance frameworksBackground in the utilities sector (water preferred but not essential)Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and technical delivery environmentsThis is a high‑impact role within a forward‑thinking organisation investing heavily in digital capability. The Opportunity
We’re working with a PE-backed, data-driven media and analytics business undergoing a major transformation as they bring their data platform in-house.
This is a high-impact opportunity to join during a critical transition away from a third-party vendor, where you’ll play a key role in stabilising, maintaining, and evolving a modern cloud-based data platform.

The Role
You’ll work hands-on across an established AWS and Snowflake environment, supporting the existing platform while contributing to its ongoing improvement.
Key responsibilities:

Ideally, you’ll have:
