To help design, build & enhance the Zabbix monitoring platform

Key responsibilities & requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Zabbix (design, build, optimisation)Ensure alerts are actionable and support efficient triage by the NOCWork on Zabbix integrations with vendor platforms, APIs & SNMP sourcesDefine and support SOPs for alert triage and escalationCollaboration with NOC and engineering teams supporting a 24/7 operation
Scripting and automation capability (e.g. Python, Bash or similar)Exposure to service-aware monitoring or observability approaches (desirable)CCNA certification
