We're supporting a leading organisation in the search for a Workday Product Manager / Workday Platform Lead to take ownership of their enterprise Workday environment and drive the future roadmap of the platform.
The organisation is already live with Workday HCM, Payroll and Financials, with additional products and capabilities currently being delivered. This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and play a key role in shaping how the platform evolves to support business growth and transformation.
The Role As the Workday Product Manager, you'll act as the strategic owner of the Workday platform, driving its ongoing optimisation, adoption, governance and future development.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and Technology, you'll ensure the organisation continues to maximise value from its Workday investment while delivering a clear roadmap for future enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Own and develop the Workday roadmap and platform strategy.Lead platform optimisation, continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives.Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand priorities and requirements.Drive value from Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials and related applications.Manage demand, prioritisation and platform governance.Lead engagement with implementation and support partners.Support the rollout of additional Workday modules and capabilities.Champion user adoption, process improvement and best practice.RequirementsStrong client-side Workday experience within a live production/BAU environment.Experience owning or managing a Workday platform, product or functional area.Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability.Proven experience defining roadmaps and driving platform improvements.Excellent understanding of Workday operating models and governance.Desirable ExperienceExposure to both Workday HCM and Workday Financials.Experience across Payroll and wider Workday modules.Previous experience as a:Workday Product ManagerWorkday Platform LeadWorkday ManagerWorkday Functional LeadWorkday Service OwnerExperience working within large enterprise environments.What's On Offer?Ownership of a mature Workday platform.Significant influence over future platform strategy.Exposure to ongoing business and technology transformation.Hybrid working model with London office attendance.£90,000 - £120,000 basic salary plus bonus and benefits.Interested?
