Key responsibilities:
Fault‑find and repair analogue telephony systems across operational sitesDiagnose issues related to PSTN/PSDN lines and support migration away from legacy servicesConfigure, troubleshoot and replace Cisco switchesSupport structured cabling work (Cat5/6), patching and cabinet tidyingAudit telecoms infrastructure at each site and document findingsLiaise with site managers to plan outages and ensure minimal operational disruptionWork with internal IT/OT teams to ensure network resilienceUpdate asset records and report progress on remediation workKnowledge of SIP migration or VoIP gateways
