Overview
The Tech Specialist delivers the engineering reality — working with partners and teams to build, integrate, and support H&R technology products under the technical ownership of the Tech Lead. The Tech Specialist supports the technical delivery, implementation, and support of a defined subset of Hotels & Restaurants technology products. Acting as the primary conduit between the Client and SI / engineering partners, ensuring solutions are built to agreed designs, standards, and quality expectations. Works under the direction of the Tech Lead to ensure products are delivered, supported, and operated effectively in live hotel and restaurant environments.
