Job Title: Supplier Quality Manager
Location: Bristol (Hybrid – minimum 1 day/week onsite)
Travel: ~25% (UK & occasional international)
Clearance: Must hold an ACTIVE SC clearance

Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across a complex logistics and supply chain program.
The role will focus on ensuring quality compliance across procurement, storage, and distribution processes while driving supplier performance and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance frameworks across the supply chainConduct internal, external, and supplier audits in line with ISO9001 / AQAP standardsAct as the main point of contact for supplier quality issues and escalationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance quality processesEnsure compliance with quality management systems and operational proceduresProduce audit reports with actionable insights for performance improvementCollaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor and improve programme performanceSupport audit readiness by coordinating documentation and compliance evidenceDeliver quality training and awareness across the businessBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliersKey Requirements
Certified ISO9001 Lead AuditorProven experience in quality assurance within logistics, procurement, or supply chain environmentsStrong understanding of audit processes and compliance frameworksExperience managing supplier quality and performanceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsWillingness to travel within the UK and occasionally overseasDesirable Skills
Experience with defence or regulated environmentsKnowledge of AQAP, defence standards, or similar frameworksFamiliarity with tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, and MS OfficeExperience with procurement/sourcing platformsAdditional Requirements
