I am currently recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a significant Salesforce transformation programme focused on enhancing customer, partner and user experiences through Salesforce Experience Cloud.
This role will play a key part in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented and translated into actionable user stories and solution designs. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in requirements gathering, process improvement, stakeholder engagement and helping prepare the business for the successful adoption of new Salesforce capabilities.
Working alongside Salesforce Architects, Developers, Product Owners and business teams, you will contribute to the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, with a particular emphasis on Experience Cloud.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to elicit, analyse and document business requirements.Gather and challenge requirements to ensure clarity, completeness and alignment with business objectives.Create and maintain detailed process maps, including current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes.Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items.Support the design and development of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions and related business processes.Work closely with Salesforce Architects and technical teams to develop solution designs and supporting documentation.Build and present prototypes and proof-of-concepts where appropriate to validate requirements and user journeys.Drive business readiness activities, ensuring stakeholders are prepared for process and technology changes.Support development, testing, UAT and deployment activities throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and priorities.Assist with Salesforce configuration activities where required, primarily through declarative tools.Required Skills & Experience EssentialProven experience as a Business Analyst delivering Salesforce projects.Strong hands-on experience with:Salesforce Experience CloudSales CloudService CloudExtensive experience gathering and documenting business requirements.Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.Experience creating process maps and documenting business workflows.Ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.Experience working within Agile delivery environments.Ability to translate technical Salesforce concepts into business-friendly language.Strong communication, documentation and organisational skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.DesirableSalesforce Business Analyst Certification.Experience with:Salesforce Loyalty Management / Loyalty CloudSalesforce B2B CommerceData modelling and data migration experience.Experience supporting change management and business readiness activities.Salesforce platform configuration experience.
