Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Test Analyst to join a high-performing delivery team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of digital services through the design, development, and maintenance of robust automated testing solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in test automation, a passion for quality engineering, and experience working within complex, large-scale environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain automated test solutions for both UI and API layersDevelop and enhance test frameworks and automation suites to improve efficiency and scalabilityCollaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies and acceptance criteriaExecute automated and manual testing where required, ensuring full test coverageIdentify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolutionSupport continuous integration and delivery pipelines by integrating automated testsContribute to best practices in quality assurance and test engineeringRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience in test automation across UI and API testingStrong understanding of automation frameworks and test design principlesExperience working with common testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, or similar)Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into delivery workflowsExperience in Agile/DevOps environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailNon-Functional Testing ExpertiseKnowledge of non-functional testing, including:Performance testingSecurity testingAccessibility testingUnderstanding of relevant testing standards, tools, and methodologiesAdditional InformationMultiple roles availableCandidates must be eligible for security clearanceLocations across the UK (excluding London) with a hybrid working model Read less
