We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Consultant to support a laboratory refurbishment and equipment upgrade programme within a regulated environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesReview and approve User Requirement Specifications (URS).Oversee equipment installation, qualification, and commissioning activities.Review and approve IQ (Installation Qualification) and OQ (Operational Qualification) protocols and reports.Ensure commissioning activities are completed in line with GMP/GxP and project quality requirements.Manage deviations, change controls, and quality documentation.Liaise with vendors, engineering teams, validation specialists, and laboratory stakeholders.Support FAT, SAT, and project handover activities where required.RequirementsProven QA/QC, Validation, or Commissioning experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or laboratory environments.Strong understanding of GMP/GxP compliance.Hands-on experience reviewing and approving URS, IQ, OQ, and commissioning documentation.Experience supporting laboratory equipment installation and upgrades.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.DesirableExperience with PQ and equipment validation.Previous laboratory refurbishment or capital project experience.Knowledge of analytical laboratory equipment and systems.
