Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic technology transformation initiatives across ServiceNow and IBM Maximo platforms within a large, regulated organisation.

You'll be responsible for managing projects ranging from customer service transformation and enterprise system integrations to cloud migration and platform modernisation, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party suppliers.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end technology projects across ServiceNow and IBM Maximo.Manage project governance, budgets, plans, risks, and stakeholder communications.Lead complex integrations between ServiceNow, Maximo, SAP, and other enterprise systems.Drive cloud migration and platform de-customisation initiatives.Coordinate internal teams and external delivery partners.Ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.Essential ExperienceProven experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation projects.Strong ServiceNow project delivery experience.Experience working with IBM Maximo.ServiceNow CSM delivery experience.Knowledge of enterprise integrations, ideally involving SAP.Experience managing third-party suppliers and system integrators.Strong stakeholder management skills and experience operating within complex environments.PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or Agile certifications.Key Skills

Context: Large UK health/public sector clientProject: Transforming the client’s observability/monitoring platform – migrating from a legacy monitoring solution to a modern observability platform (e.g. Dynatrace) across the estate.Team Model: Multidisciplinary, hybrid-delivery team with a delivery lead and technical SMEs/estimators supporting the PM.Experience & DomainPublic sector experience – ideally UK government / health & public sector.Complex transformation delivery:Comfort operating in complex, multi-system environments.Experience managing technical transformation and modernisation work (e.g. retiring legacy stacks, upgrading Java/Spring Boot, large-scale tech refresh).Exposure to DevOps environments:Doesn’t have to be hands-on engineer, but should understand DevOps-focused delivery, tooling, and ways of working.Strong project management track record:Planning and running delivery for complex technical programmes.Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.Working closely with a delivery lead and technical SMEs rather than being the sole lead.Baseline: BPSS is acceptable, especially for non-production work.Preferred: SC clearance (or at least SC-eligible) is strongly preferred, particularly as the PM’s remit and exposure grow.
