Programme Manager - Energy experience essential 

6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | £650-£700 per Day | Hybird 

I'm currently supporting a client who is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a business-critical digital transformation programme.

This is a 6-month contract, fully remote, paying £650-£700 per day Outside IR35.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the delivery of a large-scale transformation programme, with a particular focus on post go-live support, data migration, and ensuring successful business adoption following implementation.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering complex digital transformation programmesStrong Salesforce delivery experienceExtensive data migration experience across sizeable programmesBackground within the energy / utilities sectorExperience managing post go-live activities, hypercare, and continuous improvement initiativesExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and technical teams
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a digital transformation programmeOversee and manage data migration activities, ensuring successful transition and data integrityCoordinate post go-live support, hypercare, and operational readiness activitiesManage programme risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestonesWork closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive successful outcomesEnsure benefits realisation and smooth adoption of new systems and processes
