Overview
We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to support a major business and technology transformation programme, including a Salesforce CRM implementation and wider software / application upgrades.
This role will play a key part in establishing robust governance, PMO processes, and delivery oversight, ensuring the programme is controlled, transparent, and aligned to strategic objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish, embed and lead PMO governance frameworks across the transformation programmeOwn and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) processes and reportingDrive programme planning, tracking, and performance reportingEnsure effective financial tracking, resource management, and forecastingSupport delivery of Salesforce CRM implementation and related initiativesOversee software / application upgrade projects across the estateProduce clear, concise reporting for senior leadership and steering committeesFacilitate programme boards, governance forums, and decision-making structuresIdentify delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation strategiesPromote PMO best practice, standards, and continuous improvementKey Skills & ExperienceExperience within PMO, Programme Management, or Transformation rolesProven track record of leading PMO within large-scale transformation programmesStrong experience with RAID management, governance frameworks, and reporting structuresExposure to Salesforce CRM implementations (highly desirable)Background delivering technology transformation / software or application upgradesStrong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadershipAbility to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving capabilitiesAdditional InformationHybrid working: 3 days onsite per week
