Overview
We’re looking for a Microsoft Copilot Specialist to join a growing AI Enablement function in a senior, enterprise-level role.
This position is focused on leading the end-to-end rollout of Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities across multiple business units. You’ll play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted, ensuring it’s done securely, responsibly, and at scale within a highly regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the deployment and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organisationBuilding custom Copilot agents and automations using Copilot Studio and Power PlatformPutting in place security and governance controls (Purview, DLP, sensitivity labels, access policies)Working closely with business stakeholders to:Assess AI use casesIdentify high-value opportunitiesTranslate requirements into secure, scalable solutionsCreating documentation and user guidesDelivering training sessions to drive adoption and responsible use of AIStaying up to date with Microsoft’s AI roadmap and advising on best practicesActing as a trusted AI advisor across the businessWhat They’re Looking For
Experience rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot in an enterprise settingHands-on skills with:Copilot StudioPower Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps)Strong understanding of:Microsoft PurviewData governance and compliance (DLP, sensitivity labels)Knowledge of Entra ID and access controlsFamiliarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersConfidence managing multiple projects and working independentlyNice to Have

Test Engineer 📍 Manchester / Cheltenham (Hybrid & Client Site Travel)
