We're supporting a major digital transformation programme focused on replacing legacy technology with modern digital services that will operate at national scale. We're looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to take ownership of a key product area responsible for delivering new integration and data-sharing capabilities between large public sector organisations.

This role will play a critical part in the successful design, delivery, testing and deployment of a new service into a live production environment. Working within a multidisciplinary agile team, you'll collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, delivery and stakeholder teams to ensure product decisions deliver measurable outcomes while balancing technical, operational and user needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap.Own and prioritise the product backlog to maximise value delivery.Work closely with engineering, architecture and delivery teams.Lead product discovery, delivery and continuous improvement activities.Manage stakeholder relationships across technical and business functions.Coordinate dependencies across multiple internal and external teams.Drive product delivery through Beta and Live phases.Ensure products deliver clear user and organisational outcomes.Essential ExperienceProven experience as a Lead Product Manager within large-scale digital transformation programmes.Strong track record delivering complex digital products and services.Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary environments.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and complex dependencies.Experience delivering products through Beta and Live phases.Experience operating within regulated or complex organisations.Desirable ExperienceExperience modernising legacy systems or services.Experience delivering integration, API or data-sharing solutions.Previous experience within public sector or highly regulated environments.Contract DetailsUp to £480/day Inside IR35.Hybrid working with 3 days per week onsite.Flexible UK hub locations available.Nationwide applicants encouraged.Long-term transformation programme.BPSS clearance required.Apply Now!
