2nd Line Support Engineer | £150 | Outside IR35 | 4 Months | Hybrid Glasgow/Bath

We’re recruiting for an 2nd line support engineer for a 4-Month contract role. This position is determined as Outside IR35 and is offered on a hybrid remote basis requiring two days per week of onsite work in either Glasgow or Bath.

Key Requirements

Previous 2nd Line IT support experience within an MSP environmentStrong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experienceExperience supporting Exchange Online, email security, and mail flowKnowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, and user managementExperience troubleshooting networking issues including DNS, DHCP, and VPNsExcellent customer service skills with strong ticket management experience
