I'm working with a market-leading, customer engagement and loyalty business to find a CRM Executive to join their expanding team.

With a strong presence across major UK brands and a product suite used by millions, they’re continuing to invest in their CRM function and are looking for someone to support and elevate their multi-channel marketing strategy.

You'll be responsible for building, delivering and optimising CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app messaging, owning everything from briefing and testing through to performance analysis. Working closely with CRM leadership, product and creative teams, you’ll help drive engagement, improve retention, and enhance the overall customer experience.

You'll be able to take ownership of campaigns, contribute to strategy, and continuously optimise journeys through data, segmentation and A/B testing, all while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

The role is hybrid with 3 days in the Huddersfield office and if successful you'll be offered up to £30,000, plus some really great benefits including strong development opportunities, up to 43 days annual leave opportunity to work from anywhere in the world up to 2 weeks.

Database Migration Specialist (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Fully remote UK

Salary - £70k to £80k Bonus, private health, pension, 25 days holiday bank holidays


The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Database Migration Specialist to support the delivery of large-scale data migration projects within a fast-paced and growing health tech environment.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll take ownership of migration workstreams, working closely with customers, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
If you have health tech experience and strong SQL skills, this is a great opportunity to work on impactful projects that directly support healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver data migration strategies across multiple projectsOwn and deliver end-to-end migration activitiesDevelop, optimise, and maintain SQL procedures and scriptsSupport data mapping, transformation, and integration between systemsCollaborate with customers to ensure smooth migration deliveryProvide expertise on SQL queries, updates, and best practiceTest and assess database and schema changesWork with engineering teams to resolve complex data challengesSupport BI/reporting requests and data queriesMaintain documentation including ERDs and core database structuresIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvementSupport live environments with database-related issues and incidentsSkills & Experience Required
Strong experience with SQL and relational databasesProven experience delivering complex data migration projectsExperience within health tech / healthcare systems (essential)Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and data managementExperience working in large, complex data environmentsAbility to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with data mapping and migration tools/techniquesDesirable (Not Essential)
Experience with MySQLBackground in MS SQL or other RDBMS environments (welcome)Scripting/automation experience (Python, PowerShell, etc.)Exposure to BI or reporting tools
