Contract Data Architect - Retail Opus have partnered with a leading Tech Consultancy to support them in their need for a seasoned Data Architect with recent domain knowledge gained within the retail sector. You'll be supporting on a major programme of work focused on the end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder, a supply chain management system / solution. Pay Rate: £575 per day, Outside IR35 On-site Presence: 2 days per week in London Offices Project Length: 6 months (program scope likely to yield extension after this) Start Date: ASAP
Contractor Specification: Proven (6 years') contracting experience as a Data Architect / Senior Data ArchitectMinimum of 2 (ideally recent) years' of retail project / programme experience Strong retail supply chain related experience Deep understanding of WMS (warehouse management systems)Strong implementation expertise with a broad, modern tech stack Excellent stakeholder management with proven experience collaborating with developers, engineers and platform engineers to refine LLDs as part of the delivery lifecycle Ability to influence suppliers and engineers to make implementation suggestions and recommendations Nice to have: Experience with Blue Yonder, ideally, you'll have been instrumental working on the end-to-end implementation.
