Meet Chris
Chris Peel joined Opus Talent Solutions in February 2024 as the Group CEO.
Chris has a wealth of experience in human capital businesses, most recently as CEO of Route2Work where he founded Hatch Digital which provides diverse tech hiring solutions to large enterprises organisations. Prior to that, Chris was MD of Interserve Learning & Employment, a large multi-national employment services and training business which supported the careers of over 100,000 people.
He has a successful track record of leading agile, high-growth people services businesses alongside larger, enterprise-size organisations that operate at a global scale and joins Opus Talent Solutions to lead the business through a period of transformation following its own private equity backing by Graphite Capital.
Chris has also held various Non-Executive Director and Trustee positions, including at NCFE, an educational charity and leader in vocational and technical learning, and Aspire, a national charity, offering practical support to people living with a spinal cord injury in the UK.
